On March 21, 2023, at 3:30 PM EDT, our service experienced a temporary outage that could have affected some users. The outage lasted for approximately 30 minutes and was caused by a minor configuration error in one of our servers.
As soon as we detected the issue, we immediately initiated our incident response process and quickly identified the root cause, and deployed the fix. Our unavailability was extended due to a configuration in our rollback that hindered our ability to restore service quickly.
